IntelliTrack for QuickBooks^® Online

IntelliTrack for QuickBooks Online enables data sharing of inventory, purchase orders, and sales estimates between IntelliTrack and QuickBooks Online.

Note: The order and inventory adjustments are only applied when the customers, vendors, and inventory items originate from QuickBooks Online.

Important: You must use the QuickBooks Online Plus version, which offers inventory support.

IntelliTrack Plugin for QuickBooks Online Requirements

Important: IntelliTrack for QuickBooks Online works within the Plugin Host Utility. To use this utility, role of the logged-in user must include the IntegrateThis feature grants access to the Import/Export Utility and the Plugin Host Utility. Using the IntelliTrack Plugin for QuickBooks Online requirements include:

• Plugin Host Utility: Integrate featureThis feature grants access to the Import/Export Utility and the Plugin Host Utility. It is available in edit mode and read-only mode. Access to this feature enables the Tools > Install Import/Export Utility option and the Install Import Export Utility page. This page contains the Import/Export Utility installer. It also enables the Tools > Install Plugin Host Utility option and the Plugin Host Utility page. This page contains the Plugin Host Utility installer.
• IntelliTrack for QuickBooks Online featureThis feature grants full access to IntelliTrack for QuickBooks Online. When the role of the logged-in user contains this feature, the user is able to activate the plugin from the Plugin Host Utility and set up data sharing between QuickBooks Online and IntelliTrack.
• Active QuickBooks Online Connection
• QuickBooks Online Rights required to establish the connection to IntelliTrack
• QuickBooks Online Plus version
• The IntelliTrack Plugin Host installed on the computer, which includes the IntelliTrack QuickBooks Plugin and the IntelliTrackIntelliTrack Host Plugin Service

The Plugin imports the following data from your QuickBooks Online Company into IntelliTrack:

• Active Inventory Part Items
• Inventory
• Active Customers
• Active Vendors
• Purchase Orders
• Sales Estimates set as Accepted

After the dataset from QuickBooks Online is established in IntelliTrack, the Plugin facilitates the following data flow back and forth from IntelliTrack to QuickBooks:

• Inventory Adjustments: inventory adjustments from an inventory adjustment transaction and an inventory add transaction are exported from IntelliTrack to QuickBooks Online.
• Receiving Orders: The Plugin will import Purchase Orders from QuickBooks Online to IntelliTrack as Receiving Orders and will export Receiving Orders from IntelliTrack to QuickBooks Online as Purchase Orders, including those originating in IntelliTrack. The originating orders in IntelliTrack must contain vendors and inventory part items that originated in QuickBooks Online in order to be included in the order export.
• Picking Orders: The Plugin will export Sales Estimates set as Accepted from QuickBooks Online to IntelliTrack as Picking Orders and will import Picking Orders from IntelliTrack to QuickBooks as Sales Estimates, including those originating in IntelliTrack. The orders originating in IntelliTrack must include the inventory part items and customers that originated in QuickBooks Online.
• Posting of Orders: Purchase Orders and Sales Orders may be posted to QuickBooks Online from IntelliTrack. For the Picking Orders, Invoices will be created for orders closed in IntelliTrack. The receiving orders will be marked as exported. Posting may be done either automatically or manually via the Plugin.

Integrating IntelliTrack and QuickBooks Online
